From in-depth spiritual readings to creative practice in the True Self, plus two advanced tracks: contact with the Creator and energy-restoration practices.

1 Level 2 · Track

Spiritual Readings

Four practices: Soul Age, Soul Manifestation, identifying kindred souls, and Spirit Personality (who you are "there").

One of the more challenging tracks, but one that can produce a very noticeable shift in your ability to connect with the Higher Self, because we explore its world directly through several methods.

The program is taught in two blocks, each covering two topics. You can take either block, but I recommend starting with Soul Age and Manifestation, then moving on to Kindred Souls and Spirit Personality.

Lesson plan

The practices are taught sequentially in two-topic blocks. You can take the blocks separately or complete both in order. I recommend starting with "Soul Age and Spark & Blocks", then moving on to "Soul Matrix and Spirit Personality".

Block 1: 3 months of classes

  • Soul Age — how to determine Soul age in practice.
  • Spark & Blocks — how fully the Spirit is expressed in a person.

Block 2: 3 months of classes

  • Soul Matrix — kindred souls: who is closer, who is farther.
  • Spirit Personality — who you are "there": what you do and your story.

Duration: one block — 3 months; both blocks — 6 months.

2 Level 2 · Track

Life & Creativity in the True Self

A gentle, beautiful program about learning to live and create in the True Self.

Life: movement, speaking, rest and sleep, eating, cleaning, physical work, and everyday choices while connected to the Higher Self.
Creativity: writing, drawing, sculpting, and creating while connected to the Higher Self.

The program gently strengthens your contact with the Higher Self by integrating that contact into everyday life. It is suitable even if your meditation practice is still developing — a program for rest and renewal.

Two months devoted entirely to transcendent practice and contact with the highest aspects of the Higher Self.

Deep, silent transcendental meditation on the Higher Self. This track is recommended only for those who have completed Track 1 and/or Track 2.

A program for strengthening your ability to channel energy from the Higher Self into the physical body and support loved ones.

Developing practical skills for a tangible restoration of energy through the Higher Self. This track is recommended for those who already have a stable connection with the Higher Self.

Learning Format

Most tracks include two live online sessions per week and access to recordings.

What a typical week looks like

  • One or two live online sessions, with the option to study from the recording.
  • Short practices and assignments, depending on the track.
  • Questions and clarifications in the agreed format.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I take just one block of "Spiritual Readings"?
Yes. You can take only Block 1 or only Block 2. The full program is both blocks in sequence. If choosing just one, I still recommend starting with Soul Age and Spark, then moving on to Kindred Souls and Personality.
If I can't attend a live session, can I study from the recording?
Yes. If a track is listed as "live online + recording," you can study from the recording.
How do I choose a track if I'm unsure which one to pick?
